Information entered on the form should match the primary account holder's information as shown on the customer bill.
Allow 2 weeks for processing your request.
You will be contacted by email after your enrollment has been processed.
After your enrollment is complete, it may take several bill cycles before the charge and credit will appear on your bill.
Enrollment is subject to availability.
Your subscription will automatically renew annually unless terminated in writing pursuant to the terms in the tariff.
